Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Verify by wet chemistry or instrumentation, total acid, specific gravity, color, clarity, sugar content, preservatives and the pH on all products from processing.
Verify above components are still in spec and all packaging materials are correct.
Verify tightness of caps, fill heights, and when necessary carbonation and dissolved oxygen content.
Provide the bottling standards for packaging.
Gather and plate micro samples of the water, sugar and various products. Notify processor or line supervisor products that are out of specifications
Calibrate lab instruments, gauge and thermometers in accordance with daily or weekly schedule
Notify processor or line supervisor products that are out of specs.
When necessary place product on hold.
Verify when rework had been completed.Document all aspects of job
Monitor intermediate malt base form fermentation to the finish product. All Stages are tested to ensure specifications.
Test all incoming raw materials
Verify sanitation of bottling tanks, transfer lines and bottling equipment using special swabs to test for sugar residue.
Required to do gas chromatography
Support compliance activities associated with Food Safety Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Support Food Safety System Certification measures throughout company.
Education and
Experience:
Associate's Degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
6 months to year related experience and/or training.
Pay: Depends on experience Range will be from $11 to $15 to start,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
